Welcome to the GD page. Over here at GD we believe in the power of the Group over the power of the Individual. Our playstyle and rules reflect this, and it is one of the key reasons we are able to be effective both in closed warbands and when herding the Zerg.
Guild Rules
- Members are expected to play from 8pm to 10pm EST, any other amount of play time is perfectly acceptable, but the 8-10 block is GD Time when we are all on, period.
- Members who miss 2 sessions in the same week without giving prior warning to the guild will be kicked. If you wish to reapply to the guild, contact Nyhl.
- GD also runs the DoK Squad guild Evil Medical, and as such all members are strongly encouraged to also have a DoK alt in EMS so that we can run a full DoK squad when we do so.
- Members are allowed one character in OCG and any number of characters in the 'alt' guild we control.
- All CD members will have their armor dyed main color Scorched Brown, off color Brazen Brass. The dyes will be provided by the guild. There are no exceptions to this. If a member needs money to cover the cost of dye, please see Nyhl.
- Ventrilo is required, please see our forum for our vent info.
- The ability to follow orders is of absoulte importance as well. In combat situations there is ONE leader, no more. Its fine to question tactics and commands after the fight, but during combat you are expected to follow given orders. Do first, Think later.
- GD has one main Talisman Maker (Vycian) and one main Apothecary (Nyhl). All other members are expected to either scavenge or butcher, and send their materials to the appropriate character. Also all green and up loot that you do not need is to be mailed to Vycain to break down. In exchange for this all GD members are provided all the talismans and potions they require.
- If a member joins who already has a tradeskill, the crafting duties of the guild will be split according to the Main tradeskiller for that skill. Materials will be provided to maintain your ability to complete your chosen skill.
